Yes, we did meet when we were in high school!! Lucky ducks for sure:) We started our flipping adventure 25 years ago with our first condo remodel. From there, we have remodeled, renovated and built over 20 homes through the years. Every home has had it's own soul and story it wanted to tell. What we came to realize is that this was truly our passion. We loved seeing the beautiful transformation of each property and wanted to help others make their dream homes a reality. So I studied Interior Design and Lance got his General Contractor's license and now we're just like all the other goofy couples on HGTV! We have curated an amazing team of architects, subcontractors, and craftsmen, but don't be surprised when you see us getting our hands dirty too. We love helping our clients find a way to achieve their goals regardless of the size or the scope of the project. It is truly a labor of love.
