How it all began...
Yes, we did meet when we were in high school!! Lucky ducks for sure:) We started our flipping adventure 25 years ago with our first condo remodel. From there, we have remodeled, renovated and built over 20 homes through the years. Every home has had it's own soul and story it wanted to tell. What we came to realize is that this was truly our passion. We loved seeing the beautiful transformation of each property and wanted to help others make their dream homes a reality. So I studied Interior Design and Lance got his General Contractor's license and now we're just like all the other goofy couples on HGTV! We have curated an amazing team of architects, subcontractors, and craftsmen, but don't be surprised when you see us getting our hands dirty too. We love helping our clients find a way to achieve their goals regardless of the size or the scope of the project. It is truly a labor of love.

This is my mission, not only in my design, but also in everyday life. Interior design runs deep in my roots. I was born into a family where creativity and architecture were woven into daily life. My journey into design was definitely influenced by my mom, who was an esteemed interior designer in Honolulu, Hawaii, and my father, a uniquely talented real estate developer. My older brother began flipping houses at the tender age of eighteen and has gone on to become an incredibly successful developer as well. So I guess you could say it was in my bones.
My approach to design is to collaborate closely with each client to realize their vision, while also keeping in mind that each home has its' own story to tell.
Whether it's breathing new life into a historic home or conceptualizing the perfect office environment, it is my mission to blend aesthetic elegance with practicality and functionality. I feel so incredibly blessed that I get to do something every day that I am absolutely obsessed with. Looking forward to working with you!!
